Cheers, it's definitely on the move. I'm around 103kg right now, little heavier than I want but not too bad, definitely had some strength increase from the xmas diet.

Top squat & bench.

Bench alright, still some fatigue from Monday which is to be expected with a high stress week but numbers alright anyway.

Deads were tough, numbers were all wrong and top set today would have been better off around 195kg with all the fatigue. Could have gotten 4 with 200kg but form was starting to slip and lower back pumped so didn't see the point in risking it. Back offs were a no go, had already gone beyond fatigue.

Press and pause squats fairly easy assistance but I just wanted out by then.

Good day. Wraps are a little more consistent and similar for each leg, still a ballache. Happy with the top squat set, little knee flick but that was lack of concentration and still a rep or so in there.

Bench ok, wrists and shoulders feeling a little beat up so +wrist wraps for top set.

Could not squat today, lowered all weights and got some work in.

Bench felt good, best pause benching I've ever done by far, helps being a fatty. Max wide grip assistance felt good especially as I've never benched that wide before.

Getting a little heavy/fat lately so next couple months will likely be weight loss. Might finish riding the fatty gains until I finish this little cycle in a couple weeks before I drop into deficit.

This morning was 104.7 but that was a mega bloat after the weekend and I lost a lot of it after my first coffee. Last week morning weight was around 103-103.5kg.
