Talking Operation DadStrength // PL Meet Prep, BIG Training Plan

So - Great news! My wife and I are expecting! And for the kicker... We're expecting twins! One boy, One girl due early February! We couldn't be more excited or scared!

Suddenly my training, nutrition, etc. has taken on a whole new meaning. I will be chronicling my trip to Fatherhood and beyond (when I have time to, haha).

Enter - Operation #DadStrength!

Today I am starting my meet prep for a potential meet in April (POTENTIAL). I've heard great things about Jon Byrd's BIG Training Plan. I reached out to him to help me with my programming, and he agreed to help me out!

BIG Workout Plan // Day 1
BenchPress and Tricep Accessories

Bench - 270x8, 270x8, 270x8, 270x8
CloseGrip - 225x8, 225x8, 225x5/185x5/135x8
KazPress - 135, 4x10
Dumbbell Skullcrushers - 40s, 4x10
