Did a few low intensity laps on the track as well, but didn't keep count for this. Probably around a mile in 10-11 minutes
Almost a hour long cardio session, the longest in a long time.

Taekwondo workouts start Monday onwards. Been out of touch for a while, so the first couple of weeks I will probably be training with both the beginners and the intermediate groups. So cardio (from taekwondo) will be ramped up to 2hrs/session for the next couple of weeks.
Going great ... Glad to hear the you are starting your Taekwondo sessions again ... keep charging hard brother ...

Nice wintry mix up here. Slippery roads are not nice, but it at least looks pretty. Clicked these snaps this morning, on my way to work.

Alternate careers are definitely more fun because most of them are generated through what we love to do instead of compulsion ...

Amen to that.

Cardio Day 4: 11th Jan 2014

Stationary bike
7 miles in 30 minutes

Relatively light cardio session today. I will rest up on Sunday and re-start taekwondo from Monday - which I am going to count as cardio, given the fast pace of the sessions. Next lifting day will be Tuesday.

Had a lot of food for lunch - good food. Big servings of lamb and chicken tikka, with some paneer, naan, salad and chicken biryani. But a lot more of the meat than rice, bread or the salad. Felt good.
