sprained my hand a work but fought through it today. Side note skipping the deadlift program because of a lot of reasons. So i just dead lifted today conventional and hit a pr.

olympic squats 1x5@275 1x2@315 1x1@345 I really need to work on core strength.
Bench 1x8@185 felt really strong and went up fast.
deadlift 405X3 PR conventional
Seated OHP 1x10@135PR
chin ups 1x15

Thank you kind of got a new one. I will type why.

Had no choice but to go in and do a modified part of the deadlift program. I give the program a lot of credit and if i fallowed it all of the way threw i feel like I would of had it easy. I did 2 sets of 445 on deadlift. The weight was not that hard on either one but on the firsts one the grip slipped once i got to the top. On the second set i got to the top but lost it on the way down. I will count it as a gym pr. If i had chalk I would have had it easy. Now I get to start my new training. I need to write up a plan. I am also done with sumo deadlift as my competition form. Just like squats I can't open up my hips well.

I took an entire week off of lifting and I am going back into the gym tomorrow. I have had a weird winter break so far. I am going to train using the conjecture system with modifications to fit around school and work.

My speed work will go 75% 80% 85% without bands or chains for bench. I have bands to squat with.

I will use the format for 6 weeks and see if I like training this way.

Dynamic day - upper

Bench 8x3@175 felt easy and I got to work a lot with form.
DB shoulder press 3x10@45 easy but volume work is a lot different from what i am used to doing.
snatch grip shoulder press 2x6@45 just wanted to try these.
CGBP paused 4x6@135 my triceps were not used to all the volume from the session. To some this seems like barely any but i have just been working up to one top set for each lift for 4 months.

Turns out I cant do conjugate method because of my lack of spotters on ME days and lack of proper equipment. I am quitting my job tomorrow because I have saved up enough money and I really don't like it there at all.

I have no idea how i am going to train. I will just go in and see what I like and go with that. Full body 4 times a week might be what I go with. build up my lifts with volume, do more core work and add in some strongman stuff to get stronger and for fun.
