Upper body 2:

3x190 (could have push some more but I was alone so I've played it safe)

Chin-up:
12,12,12,10reps

Arms work

Lower body 2:

Squat:

6x195 ...Easy, and since I do foam roll, NO PAIN at all ! ''''''Perfect'''''' form, ass to grass

Stiff-legged Deadlift:

6x245

Next week is the week where I will be testing new PR after this easy going training plan and I'll set new guideline !

Strong lower body day panda !! I need to foam roll more often it really helps !!

Upper body 1 third week (training max test)

OverHead Press:
5x55
5x65
3x75
5x95
3x105
1+ (3reps achieve)x125 ...My new training max for OHP will be 135lbs

Close-Grip Bench press:
5x145
5x165
3,5x185 ...I fail to push the fourth one, need a spot from my father and I didn't try the fifth one

Chin-up: x 12,10,10,8,8 reps

Arm's work:

tricep bar(51lbs) x 18,14,10reps
Barbbell Curl(65lbs) x 18,15,15reps

with arm's and ab's work ..

There are my new training max (not my PR):

OHP:135lb
DEADLIFT: 315lbs
Bench Press: 215lbs
Squat: 225lbs
