Default Henry's Transformation Log

Figured I'd do this for shiggles. In short, I'm a powerlifter who's really only concerned with numbers rather than aesthetics. Currently, I'm 5'8 and weighing in around 169. Check in my log to follow my training:

Here are my goals for the contest period:
1) Bulk up to 175
2) Hit 1150 at a competition (totaled 1068 at my last meet two months ago)
3) Move my gym total up to 1185 (425 squat, 245 bench, 515 deadlift)
