Thanks -- goals are 1,2,3 plate Press, Bench, and Squat. Not sure if I can get all three this year (especially press) but eventually... I don't care about abs or single digit body fat, but I don't want to fat frack myself to get there.

Yea, for the longest time I was worried about sticking to a program to the letter. Then as time went on I realized there were common principles that many programs shared and I could adjust things and not disintegrate. I'm no expert but I don't think I'm an idiot either.

My 24kg KB arrived today so I did sets of ten, but still got my 100 reps. TGU and Snatches are feeling better too, but I'm going to move slowly for now. Fun day.
