Thanks Steve! I wonder if its too much sometimes for powerlifting, but I guess I need it for hockey too.

Still have strength to get back but was pleased with the press today. Shoulders felt better this week.

Press
82.5 x 5
95 x 5
107.5 x 10

Joker Set
115 x 5

Down Sets
82.5 x 6 x 3 sets

Pull Ups
5 x 10 sets after all press sets

CG Bench
130 x 8 x 3 @ 65% of training max

Pinwheel Curls / Side Raises
25 x 20,18,15 / 12.5 x 20,18,15

Pallof Press x 0....totally forgot to do these!

Treadmill Hill Sprints
8mph x 20 seconds x 6 @ 12.5% incline. couldnt do 8 like usual today. Havent done them in a while so was a little rusty.

My years of lifting I was always running or playing basketball. I never really suffered.
