Calf raise
Bw single leg calf raise
238 x25/25/20.
Done in 72 minutes
Great workout Chad! I don't envy your rest times ! Strong progression and numbers keep going up!

Wore my work boots , the heal feels pretty good to keep me from leaning forward. Finished the reps much better today

Barbell pendlay row (,4" off floor)
185 x11
205x11+1
215 x10
These higher rep rows are torture to lower back in a good way. I am wearing a belt but still get a crazy back pump

Bhtnp

145 x11
155 x11+1

Bench press ( added 5 lbs across all three sets)
140 x8
160 x8
180 x8
Felt the deload that is built in. Glad its there

Ez bar curls
100 x12 x3+3 reps(1 each set)

Bw 242 chest dips
15 /15/15+3 last set and 4 lbs heavier.
Wore work boots(steel toes) and blue jeans today. And also been up all night. At the heaviest bw right now.

Kneeling cable crunch
80 x25,/25/20.

Calf raise
125 x 35/25 burnt out

Done in 70 minutes.
Rest times are easing up some. May just go ahead and set it to 3 minutes for squat and 2,minute for upper body.
Keep curls and dips short. Those are with 30 seconds rest

Add super ram and moved into close grip

Hammer grip pull up

Dips

30sec rest

Cross body hammer curl
35 x15x3+5 last set

Single arm tricep push down( under hand grip)
25 x15x2. This starts as a lat pull over then into a tricep push down

Calf raise
125 x35/25 deep stretch at bottom and squeeze at top

Ab wheel roll out
12/12/12+4 total
Done in 1hr 22 min

This is one tough program. Loving it once I'm done
