Thanks guys for the help il be trying these out over the next week or so and will repost a video to see the difference. I have Kelly starlets book "becoming a supple leopard" as an e-book if anyone wants it I will be using it for some mobility stuff

go with a wider stance. I use chucks with a wide stance and ive never experienced any knee or ankle problems.
