380 x5+5 lbs. Keeping it to 5 lbs per week .

Add super ram
225 x5. Arms were so pumped from all the pressing I almost did not get the ram back off.
This usually is easy weight even without the ram, bhtnp before benching makes benching use chest more. How I dont know but I lije the pump in getting in my chest

Hammer grip pull ups
238 bw x 12+1/9+1/8. All with 30 seconds rest

Chest dips
238 bw x15/15 /12 same
Cross body dumbbell hammer curls
235 x15 /15+2/10.
Stopped here today.
Skipped abs , calf raise but I'm switching back to Monday Wednesday and Friday . did not want to kill it and still go back to Monday

I'm already impressed with how I feel from this program. Full body pump but also just feel healthy somehow. Better cardio wize.
Not losing weight but veins are showing more for some reason.

90 seconds rest ( add 5 lbs and reset to 8 reps next )

Db curls

Bw chest dips
238 x15/15/12 same. 30sec rest

Hanging leg raise
25/25 then 45 sec plank

Damn that plank was tough
Have not done them in a year. Then after knee raise = damn!

Calf raise
Bw single leg calf raise
238 x25/25/20.
Done in 72 minutes
