Well after a month off from the bench shirt I suited back up and had a great workout. The video shows my 550lb bench which is a 20 PR and I have the workout listed under it. It felt very good and I may have had another 10-20lbs in me that night but we will save it for this coming week. I will also be lifting in the bench only at Relentless 2014 here in MN. I would encourage everyone to attend if possible as it will change your life. I will be including my findraising page on here from time to time and if you can donate to the cause it would be awesome.
