Todays work went a little like this

Buffalo bar pause squats (up to ~heavy single)
605x1
695x1
717x1 (all done in sleeves+belt)

Close grip bench (support to be ~heavy single)
405x1 cut it off cause of bicep tendon

Deadlift w/ 80lbs of chains

515+chains x1 (easy, seriously way to easy lol)
605+chains x1 (mother fucker this was difficult cause of my finger splittin)
