Though i keep 1 liter of water on my desk and finish it, I still think its not enough.

I drink about two gallons a day during the hot months and it tapers back to about a gallon a day in the cooler months to keep from spending every waking minute running to the john. When I am in the gym, after I have finished my heavy sets and don't have to worry about it affecting the effectiveness of my pre-workout, I will usually drink between a quart to a half gallon before I get back home. (Yes, I sweat profusely). I drink mostly water and milk. On a rare occasion i will drink a diet drink, and my pre-workout contains sweet tea and instant coffee, but most of my liquid intake is water. I had a couple of cases of heat exhaustion when I was younger, so I don't play games with my hydration. I would rather carry extra water weight than have 6 guys (realistically, more like 8 in my case) carrying me.

I put away 2 of those large ice mountain bottles a day

I hardly ever drink pop. I just drink coffee and water. With a small glass of crystal light for dinner

I don't measure it - but I am only drinking water, black coffee, un sweet tea, and milk for weeks now, I drink a lot of fluid
