Squats. Simply awful.

3 x 85kg
5 x 95kg
5 x 75kg x 3
I absolutely hate racks with built in safety bars. They never go low enough and are made for people that don't actually squat in squat racks.
10 x 10 air squats. Refused to be defeated.

I have worked 16 days on the run and I am blaming this on my recent poor sessions.

Don't change till you stop progressing. When you do change remember what works and what doesn't. For instance 531 bench did nothing for me.

Stick at it. If not working, you could opt for something like Madcow etc. Still, good progress, everyone has tough spots.
