Bench - 135, 155, 190, 220x5, 255x3, 190x8 - Felt slower than they looked.

Barbell Row - 135, 145, 175, 200x5, 235x3, 175x8 - I was already completely worn out from the first two exercises but chugged through this.

20 minutes cardio - Didn't want to do this either.

Supps worked great, took a long time in the gym and kept me going!

Great work Cutty! Good tunes! Glad you hit some cardio too, even though you hate it as much as I do! For what it's worth, I rarely ever did cardio when I lost all my fat, just an FYI ! Keep that diet and heavy lifting rolling!

The cardio is me taking control of my wants and feelings, hopefully making it so I can continuously stay in control of what I eat.

Monday 12/9/13

Weight: 327.6

Squat - 185, 230, 280, 325, 370x5 - Seemed achievable, not too easy but definitely had some left in tank.

Bench - 135, 160, 190, 225, 255x5
- Missed the last set, got 255x4. Shoulder is hurt from 190 and going up didn't help nor hurt it more really.

Barbell Row - 135, 145, 175, 205, 235x5 - Was already worn out but still got it decent.

No cardio.

Supplements helping but just not a good week.

Wednesday 12/11/13

Deadlift - 270, 325, 380, 435x5 - Barely pulled 435, the video makes it look easier but I ended up hitting the ground after the lift. I fell before I started lifting in the gym trying to pick up the shit people won't put up. Didn't really hurt but made ankle off a little.

Squat -

Seated OHP -

Fancied my curiosity to see if I just had a heavy day Monday, I don't usually get on the scale more than once a week but I was at 329.2.

So I gained 4 pounds in a week, and then 2 pounds in 2 days. Cutting calories, was doing cardio and pushing myself hard in the gym to the point I can't see straight. I feel like I'm letting myself down, I'm letting BTB down and I'm letting you guys down.

Great workouts Jeremy! Lifts looked great, sucks you fell after, hope you're ok! Don't give up on the diet bud! It takes time! I couldn't even tell you how many times I added weight when I was cutting, and most were days after I ate well! Stay strong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey man, first off, great training! You're moving some serious weight around like it's nothing.

Second, you gotta believe it that everyone here has your back and believes in you. Cutting weight absolutely sucks.

With that said, are you counting calories? If you're eating below maintenance, are you eating too low below maintenance? How're your stress levels? Could low T or your thyroid be a problem?

Dude, you aren't letting anyone down. It's easy to get down on yourself sometimes about lifting. It seems as if the PR's only last a minute, but the shitty workouts can stick with you for weeks or more. Just like progress takes time, to properly gauge it, you have to look at the big picture of what you have accomplished so far in lifting. You just killed it at your first meet, which is further than most ever get. You competed on the same platform with world class lifters, while BTB had your back. Don't let the scale bother you, as long as you keep your diet in check and your training heavy, you will be fine. Stay the course bro, you got this. Good training.

Thanks, I am not counting calories but I'm doing it in my head, I don't know if I'm eating below maintenance I am afraid to even eat anymore. I have really high stress, I suspect T and thyroid problems but everyone makes me think it's just because I'm eating too much and not working hard enough.

How can you know what you're eating if you don't count? Counting can be a pain at first, just like lifting, but after awhile it becomes second nature! There are a billion aps to make it even easier. Without knowing exactly what you do each day how can you know when and how to make adjustments? Same goes with lifting, would you not track progress in the gym? Guess at what weights you used last time and hope you increased weight or did more reps? Of course not and that's why your WAY FING STRONGER!
I counted cals for a year and a half, and did well transforming from crap to decent! Then after my first meet I winged it, no counting, didn't worry even if I knew I had eaten too much. I gained 20lbs and only 2 of it was muscle, FAIL! Guess what I'm doing again
Can't make you do it, but think you'd do much better and not set yourself up for disappointment if you counted
My two cents and lecture over!
