Nice work Brute! Funny you mention bent bar for squats. That is what was in our power rack last night when I set up for squats. Luckily I noticed it and swapped it out before I got started!

Thanks everyone. Your encouragement means a lot to me. With the end of the semester here, I'm not around as much as I would like, but never fear, the brutality keeps on rolling.

Bench Day. Solid C today. Work was done, increased volume. Lost a rep, but its all part of the plan.

Bench - increasing warmup volume. doing this with all my major lifts from now on

225 x 3 - could have had more with a spotter, but it wasn't missing

DB Row + 10 reps from last time. planning to add reps until i'm at 15 per set, then a 3rd set, then max reps per set

DB Incline Bench

60 x 9
60 x 8 - managed to get my chest into it better today.

Cable Low Row - +15 pounds
200 x 5
300 x 10
300 x 10 - this is the whole stack. add another set next time

Triceps Pushdown + 10 pounds

DB Curl + 1 set, lost a few reps on the second set.

Good work, Brute! 150lb dumbbells? I don't even think I could . Keep uphold a 150lb dumbbell, much less row it. Dang that's a huge b^%$h! Lol keep up the hulkage.
