Notes:This is a huge squat PR for me. The third rep was a major grinder, but I managed to squeak it out. Given my recent volume, I have confidence that I have 400, if not 4PPS in the tanking with adequate rest. I have bench on Wednesday, then I'm taking 1.5ish weeks off for finals
