Question Hows my diet so far?

How is my diet and what i'm eating so far? First time cutting weight. I've been bulking for about 2years from 150-180. I would only slow bulk if I hit dead ends in my strength programs so for the most part of the years I was maintaining. I want to drop bodyfat and get down to about 7-9%. I'm up around 13-14%. Abs outlines are showing at the most. As far as going straight into a cut with clean foods. I didn't change my diet as my bulking diet was pretty much the same thing. Just more milk and chocolate syrup. I don't know how many cals I need to cut on so I picked 2500 cals for this week. If I lose 1-1.5lbs I'll keep it there. If I lose more than 1.5 I'll up my carbs as I feel hungry day by day now. I don't know when to do cardio. The goal is to go down to about 170lbs again when I could run and do school activities within dying from carry the bulk.

Need more veggies - also not enough protein on the 1st day and fats a little too low on the 1st day for my liking as well. I would high ball cutting calories and then adjust down as needed. so sense in starting under 2k unless you're extremely sedentary

Any veggie suggestions? And should I eat them raw? or at least without things added to them. Also should I replace them cream corn or keep it?
