Since you haven't been getting the meals in, I see no problem with you eating as you were already, when you get back to the weights, it will help, not to mention the fact that the body needs energy to heal and since you have several injuries, it can't hurt.

I'm surprised that nobody has pointed out that you SHOULDN'T be getting these injuries to begin with!

You are trying to build a strong, muscular body, not get your body beaten like this.

Fortunately you are young and I hope that you take this experience and alter your training approach from this point on.
