Ha, I actually enjoy running and my cardio has really dropped off lately so getting back on it.

I felt a back strain coming on yesterday morning before gym, thought it had loosened up after the session yesterday but this morning I woke up and could barely reach down to put my pants on. Eventually loosened up so decided to hit gym and it turned out to be a solid session and made 200kg look like speed work.

Wide bench tech feels good, will hopefully keep seeing improvements as I get used to it over the next few weeks.

Good day, pulls feel awesome. Most of the work up sets were double pause deads as the bar was leaving the ground whilst I was setting up. Tried to stay strict with the 2ct. but pulled a few early.

Press needs some serious work.

SLDL's again feel great, I feel like there's plenty to come in the next few months for my deadlift.

(If you do watch the video, be warned it gets louder after the first deads)

Good session. No idea where x5 PB is for squat but it's around 170kg and that was a fairly easy set which is a good sign.

Benching was solid, better than expected overall.

Making the most of being home so will likely see some weight gain in the next month so strength should come pretty easy, will get back down after that.
