Tuesday 3rd December

Just a quick cardio session today

1.66km on the treadmill. Incline and stuff. The treadmill bores me to tears but outside tends to have drunks who try to pick me up.

4.5km on the bike. Also boring but the screen let's me pretend I'm cycling through canyons and stuff so that's kinda cool!

Dumbbell lunges, 10kg each hand. 10 per leg.

So much stretching of my poor hamstrings.

@Bendthebar, it's really quite fun. It increases the resistance as the scenery goes up hill and if you cycle faster, the scenery goes past faster. Almost like being outside! I think I'll cycle through Italy today.

Thursday 5th December

Cardio. Conditioning sounds so much better.

1.77km in 13 miss on the treadmill. Hills and stuff

1.65km on the elliptical. Same deal. Of all the cardio machines, the elliptical is my least favourite. The bikes weren't working so I sucked it up.

Bench to come. Will edit when I've finished it, tonight.

When you cycle through Italy, be sure to avoid Venice!! That could prove problematic :P
