Thanks Jay!! Row PR's are sweet. Meadows Rows are great when you have maxed out DB Rows. As much as I love Pendlays, I need some variety, and I don't like BOBR's.

Thanks Steve!! I stopped doing them last year, when my bent bar almost choked me, as I got scared of them. I am looking forward to 225 X10!

Form was OK today, except for some forward lean on the 2nd set of 375, so I knew I was almost done. No lean on anything else today, so I am happy!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Ya, I also threw a few F-bombs at my bench coach Dave lol.

Indeed, volume on the squats felt just right. Forgot to do paused ones tho! Doh!!

Meet PR on bench is 253 lbs Al, set Nov 12th 2012 in Vegas. At my first meet, July 2012, I did 242. So, there was some progress there. Methinks right now I would likely be able to get 265 paused at a meet.

I am not sure if squatting prior affects my bench at meets. I do know I usually have a difficult time staying tight at meets, where I don't at the gym when I bench fresh.

Maybe I should start doing bench after squats?
