Thanks alot everyone!

Upper back has a minor tear, no big deal. In for rehab and if possible benching and pressing aswell today. Funny thing is that its EXACTLY one year since I tore my erectors, and now on the day 1 y after I rip up the old injury. From now on I make 1/12 a rest day. Voodoo magic? =)

Notes: Could bench without to much pain but had to struggle to stay tight throughout the lift. Cut my last set in half due to that.

Good session all in all, managed to work around the bad back even If there was some cramping going on.
