The Truth About Sports
I thought this video was really interesting. He brings up a lot of points that I never have thought of, and I'd guess that most people do not. I like his comments on powerlifting and guys squatting 1,000-1,200 pounds. He says, "Nobody really wants to know what feels like to start blacking out at the bottom of a squat". I've felt like I was going to pass out while re-racking the bar, but never during. This video offers a lot to think about.
