Friday 11/22/13
Heavy Bench with Afraziaaaa.
Despite my injury it was a great workout and great to workout with someone of equal strength so we could swap sets

Flat Bench
Bar x 77.5
135 x 12
185 x 10
225 x 6
Right about here my left bicep tendon started to hurt
275 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 5
Added Sling Shot
405 x 5
455 x 3 - normally would go up but arm in real bad pain

CGBP to a 2 Board - pause then explode up
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 3 - Had to stop here, Afraziaaaa got tissues for me as I began to cry uncontrollably

Straight Bar Pushdowns
3 x 15

Face Pulls
3 x 15

Looking forward to lifting with Afraziaaaa again on Sunday at Skibas gym. Hopefully they can correct my squat hand placement issues and put an end to this bench press destroying injury.

Sunday 11/24/13:

First off - Thanks to Afraziaaaa, who invited me to lift at Skibas Gym, I feel I am now on my way to lift competitively, and try to get an elite total at 308. Had an amazing experience today lifting with the Sunday morning crew. (Despite my friggin arm injury)

I feel the same way, I know you guys will bring me up as well. I haven't been this psyched about training in a long time, and am honored to be on a team with you guys! Looking forward to Friday already. And you were right, Henri is an awesome guy with a huge heart.

Took off last 2 days to rest arm and a bunch of other shit that is hurting. Got some PT this week on my arms.

365 x 3 horrible reps-need to start training these more. been doing BB style for awhile
which I can go above 405, and now realize thats a joke compared to real rows
