DELOAD SESSION

Before I get flamed for pulling 5PPS on a deload, keep in mind that un-caged animals often exhibit irrational and aggressive behaviors, especially the old ones. haha

Squats were not fun, felt heavy as fuck, bench was OK, but deads were fun! Had to have some fun or I wouldn't have been able to sleep tonight. Reps on pulls tax me more than singles, so I opted to roll with singles until they started to feel heavy. The 495 felt just right tonight.

This session was done after 2 full days off. I won't lift now until Sunday, which will be 3 more full days off. That is how I roll on a deload - get lifting done in 1 session as more complete days off benefit more.
