Well I took another video of my squats trying the advice you guys gave and it seemed to help. I actually managed to increase my weight although on the last one I almost didn't make it but managed to complete it and I don't think my form broke down too bad but not sure. I was pretty happy to squat 220 as I only recently hit 200lbs. I think my knees are not being pushed out enough which I heard can make it tough to stay upright so I am working on that.

let me start:

after unrack...stay still, stop moving, try to keep the whole body tight...

depth is ok...

I will lower the weight...

remember to take a big chunk of breath and put it on the belly...

again, biggest problem is your set up...not the squat perse.

ck elite series of...so you think you can squat?

Where you from to try to find a powerlifting gym in your area...?

Good advice from 1morerep. Your bar path is definitely better. The weight is still shifting forward and causing you to be almost on your toes at depth. This makes me think you need to widen your stance a bit and point your toes out more.

I thought my deadlift was ok before but after videoing myself I realized my back was really rounded which explained the chronic lower back pain Can you tell me if it looks ok now? I have gone back down in weight until my form is better so I'm at 240lbs right now, I'm 6-3 with a long torso so it's a real challenge to keep my back straight but it seems good in the vid. http://youtu.be/V5MTYSC8mZc
