These girls work smart and hard in the gym. No magic programs, no macro counting, no whining about lower backs.
They bust ass, listen to form advice and don't miss workouts.
Why do I make this post? So that we are all reminded what should be expected when someone makes the right effort and puts in the time.

While not exactly a teenager , my better half is liking of the deadlift now, incidentally. Already pulling well over a hundred pounds, and has hardly been lifting for very long.
So yeah, I agree wholeheartedly with the point you're making.
39yo, 6'2", ~220lbs.
Best lifts to date: SQ 160kg (352.7lbs), BP 112.5kg (248lbs), DL 220kg (485lbs)
Goals for 2014: SQ 180kg (396.8lbs), BP 140kg (308.6lbs)

That is really impressive.Why are there no girls that actually lift near me haha? Hopefully when I go to college.
