I'm no expert, but it seems like my fish oil capsules stay in there for 12-16 hours. Furrildo! I can "taste" them for a looooooooooong time after taking them.

not only is that question impossible to answer due to there being so many variables that heavily influence this (amount, macronutrient composition etc) it's also of practically no importance to any athlete to know how long food does stay in the stomach or even how long it takes to digest certain foods. On the timecale of one day it's just irrelevant, micromanaging your food timing isn't advantageous.
