Not if you are doing a strict keto diet. If you are doing keto with refeeds (reloading glycogen stores with carbs once a week or so) the yes you can on your off day. I don't think it would mess you up if you had an apple or something but the whole point of the keto diet is to give your body nothing to burn but fat.

Beer has no real nutritional value, so the rule would be: in moderation.

Work the calories into your plan if you must.

For your goal though, I would say skip it and have a glass of water.

Reach your goal, then celebrate.

Well I guess I'm trying to figure out like if I'm trying to get into ketosis is having beer or a mixed drink going to knock me out of ketosis and I have to start all over again.

probably, most drinks have sugar and sugar alcohols...

alcoholic drinks definitely go in the carb group!
