as to the point or benefit of a 1 arm deadlift. You liking all the high reps so far? When I did them on BIG it was a rude awakening for me.

Was looking for a meet to do. Dec 15 was one but I freaking have to work. The only thing after that is at The Arnold which I can't lift at. But Mar 22 is this meet which I think I could lift at. (The rps open part) Will be watching for more.
