225 x 1 paused
245 x 5, 3, 3
Had a slight lower back tweak on that 425 miss on Tuesday. Squatted each set until I felt the slightest discomfort and shut it down.

RDL
225 x 10 x 2 -50lbs
Dropped weight on these. Just wanted to get some good blood flow to the lower back. These felt fine with no discomfort at all.

Ball planks

Calf raises single leg

Hack squats

SSSM (super set sex machines)
Adductor

Abductor

Looks like this week off before the meet may be perfectly timed as I am starting to feel a little beat up here and there. Nothing serious but just little nagging pains.
