My best advice is to find a routine you like and stick with it for at least 6 months. Never miss a training session if possible, add weight or reps every session that you can without your form breaking down too much. Eat and sleep enough. With those few basic things, you can get a very long way.

I didn't know you had a sticking point on deadlifts haha

Any thoughts on the 635 miss? Or was it just a go for it thing? I kinda miss the hack squat sled that they removed from my crew gym. Nice work
