Same as last week. I'm fine with that. No lift offs and no spotter so didn't push too hard.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
355 x 2, no lift off, second paused rep was almost a grinder
405 x 1, PR match
Nice bench work, with a lift off at the meet, bench should be great.
