Haha no worries Alan. This is my last week of training, then possibly hit my 3 openers this Sunday, then the meet is the following Sunday, so 13 days.

Flat BB bench
145 x 5 paused

Same as last week. I'm fine with that. No lift offs and no spotter so didn't push too hard.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
355 x 2, no lift off, second paused rep was almost a grinder
405 x 1, PR match

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)

Standing OHP
130 x 8 x 3 +5lbs

EZ bar curls

Dips

Evening's entertainment: Brocephus was curling in the power rack when I got to the gym. Weights on the bar: 95, 115, 135, 115, 95. And not a single curl was performed hahaha. He got a pretty good leg and back workout though. What a d-bag!
