Ha! Glad you guys are impressed. Will post vid when I hit WiFi. I've made the form tweak of moving back about 2 inches and lowering hips. Looking forward to hearing what btb says.

I don't know. Now with this change and initiating lift with quads it seems like my hips are popping up first. Help BTB. I know I need to jam hips forward more often as I only do it when I feel it matters.
