She was adventurous, breaking her knee-cap while white-water rafting in her sixties and even para-sailed at age 70. Most of all she was always there for me when I was a baby and was very loving and generous to me as an adult. She will be greatly missed.

Light Shoulder workout yesterday

going to New Orleans on Wed for my brother's wedding...hopefully, it will be R&R.

Going to try a 4-day schedule and rotate heavy/light when I get back.

BTB posted comments by BROOKS KUBIK on older lifters. I took most of it to heart and will try to follow some of his advice. Also ordered "Gray Hair Black Iron"
