Awesome session tonight. JB had me wet the shirt and leave the belt off and try to touch. Combined this with lifting my head slightly at the bottom and managed to get 180 all of the way down. Press was smooth and easy. Opener will probably be between 180 and 190 in 6 weeks.

Took a couple of reverse band sets after that with shirt a bit lower and belt on and couldn't touch either weight. 230kgs probably would have gone full range but forearms started to blow up a bit so called it early.

Only did 2 sets of assistance exercises as I have to deadlift tomorrow lunchtime and didn't want to burn myself out too much.

800kgs or die trying
