This, along with all 3 major PR's during the last month, makes me think the growth spurt is responsible for making me feel odd.

Tonight, I got my passion and zest back big time. I am back to normal and ready to crush some big iron in the coming weeks. Like the Crew said, I am going to annihilate my last meet total of 1119 come Spring time.

These times are most certainly the best I have ever had as a lifter.

All kindz of gainz in here Jimbro!! Those Pendlays were ridiculously easy But I reckon when you can pull 200lbs more than that, it was routine. Rowing 3pps is gonna be BAD ASS

Growth spurt that is not belly = WIN!!!

Super glad to hear your enthusiazm is back Super Jim....If you EVER deside lifting is no longer for you.....the world may very well end at that moment!!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks Rich!! I wish I could say routine haha. next month I'll have my 300 row!! Gotta love pendlays tho, as pulling anything from the floor just feels right!
