Overall Workout Grade: B for bro

Notes:
Leg day bro. Because working your legs build big biceps. True bro fact bro.
I used the ez bar instead of the barbell on split squats. It felt a bit less unruly. I feel like I could have loaded up some more weight, but I figured I would take it slow.

I am going to add another set to leg curls, in order to increase the volume on hamstrings. So I will lower the reps to maybe 12 and do 4 sets instead of 3.

Fronties felt good. These are almost more of an ab movement to me than a leg movement. I am taking a wider stance in order to keep myself from dropping ass to grass. It's easier on my lower back that way.

Lower back pain wasn't to bad after this session, but it was present.

workouts look solid and its good to see you taking it steady on the squats. If you wanted to keep a narrower stance on fronties and still stop yourself going ATG you could always try box/bench squats... just a thought!

Start on ICD (international chest day) is a key part of my brogram. It's proven in bro labs across america that you can bench more on monday's.

In all seriousness that wrist thing came out of no where. I've benched 20 or 30 pounds more than that before. I will never ever bench without safety bars

Good suggestion. Using a box or bench is something I've tried. I've actually used my bench and it felt a bit high. I've been mulling over the idea of trying to find or build something that would be a better height.
Questions:
Is there an upside to doing box/bench front squats vs. taking a wider stance?

Bro FacT: Studies have shown that calling each other bro adds an 1/8 inch to our bicep.
