Good day. Used my belt for last couple sets. I decided to use accommodating resistance and tripples this block to feel some heavier weights on my back and keep things more funner!

Haha OK that must be why I can't find it. Ironman usually has a good turn out. Two day meets are perfect for our gym since we all lift in them.

I have been chasing 405*5 for a while now. Plan was 3 but they felt easy so I decided to go for a couple more. I think if the goal was 5 from the get go I could have made it happen. O well there's always next time..
