Right shoulder was a little sore but still got the bench done. Only 10 lbs less than my 3RM PR in August. Shoulder loosened up when I did the dips.

Good to hear the deads are getting back to normal. I'm the same way, they tend to stretch me out and make my lower back feel better after heavy bench and squat.
