I really like the programming and workload. It's allowing me to make progress on the big lifts, keeping me mobile, helping to rehab injuries and, letting me get in a satisfying workout while still recovering enough to work and be in the gym 5 days per week.

BW is DOWN from a top end of 202 to 193 and holding there. I stopped using "T" a few weeks ago and the drop off appears to be mostly fluid. I think some of my injuries and pain were partially related to the supplementation.

That's still 10 lbs gained this year (and I'm leaner now) plus it seems I've kept over 90% of the strength I've gained while assisted.

Yeah, you really seem to have nailed your programing and workload. That's great. And a 10 lb gain is just plain rocks. Interesting about the supplementation too. I'll be curious to see if the injuries and pain subside. That would be a blessing. Pain free is always a good thing.

Great workout. MP was heavy but strong. BTN was easy.

I want to add more lunges as well as intrasetting pull ups.

Split Jerks with 40's were a little faster plus an extra rep per set and we did all sets back to back with almost no rest.

Core endurance is improving and left hip/glute is almost completely recovered.
