2 board press, 465x1 RPE 10. 5lb PR and I am 10lbs lighter than when I set my last PR of 460x1.

Nice floor pressing PB. Actually my 4th session of the week and 3rd PB. Did an equal PB on Monday. Then hit new PB of 155kg Thurs. 5 rep PB yesterday; 140kgx5 and then today hit a nice 160kg. Not been getting much handouts or spots during the week so having someone to hand off today put me over the edge and made me confident enough to go for it. Bad backs suck but at least my pressing going well.

Good poundage on a strangely horrible exercise.
