The Bend-over w/ 135
Step 1: Deadlift a bar that is behind you with a snatch grip
Step 2: Lean forward until it is on your lower back
Step 3: Roll it forward while changing grips
Step 4: Right as it hits your shoulders start to stand (stopping the roll)
Step 5: BTN OHP the bar and bring it down in the clean position
Step 6: Lower the bar

The biggest I have ever heard of on this is 400 lbs by Arthur Saxon. It is fun and gets weird looks. Love it...

Hoping to post video soon. My friend got it but is having trouble sending it.

2 hands anyhow with 2 36kg db.s On at a time

(first put one db overhead, then reach for the other one thats placed on the floor and put it overhead aswell without lowering the first)
