Back Squats 315 x 10x3 (LT 312.5)
Laterals 50 x 10x10 (LT 48 3/4)

SLDL 330 x 10x5 (LT 327.5)
Pin Press 192.5 x 8x5 (LT 190)

This workout gets a rating of "Holy Crap"! Was having trouble with breathing on the SLDL to Pin Press sets. I think I mentally gave up on the presses but figured I can nail it next week.

Those SLDLs would kill a mortal man. One set and I need oxygen.

Thanks for making me feel like less of a sissy Steve. I do the Deads and Pin Presses in a superset fashion with total 2 minute rest between sets...just barely enough time to catch my breath by the time I get to the 7th set or so.

Thanks man! I had my doubts about this setup and all these tens but I have to say it's working well and I like the scheme. 10x3 days are a break from all the volume and 10x10 days are a break from the heavy work.

Decline Bench 320 x 10x3 (LT 317.5)
Pendlay Rows 270 x 10x3 (LT 267.5)

Laterals 60 x 15,5,4 RP (LT 58 3/4 x 16,5,4)

Leg Press 550 x 10x10

Declines and rows definitely at my limit. Going to reset back 10 lbs and start building again I think.
