Sumo Deadlift - 135x5, 225x5x(5 sets)
Conventional Deadlift - 225x5x(3 sets) - Something wasn't feeling right I was trying to change up.. everything felt kind of heavy.

Friday Oct 11

Box Squat - Warmups 135x5 and stretching

No box Squats - (135x5 Warmups), 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 255x5, 275x5 - Squats felt amazing, they felt "Right" and natural. I haven't done a lot of volume like that, but this felt easy and actually had the bar jumping off my back on lockout from the force.

Rear Delt Dumbbell - 10x15x(4 Sets) - 60 second rest time using stopwatch.

Leg Curls - 150x8x(3 Sets)

Leg Extensions - 150x8, 210x8x(3 Sets)

Haven't done curls or extensions in a while so it was weird getting used to them again. Felt good though.
