Thanks! I think that maybe I am making up for the times that I trained previously and made ZERO progress. I have changed a lot of things this time, though. I eat at least twice the calories, do NO cardio, have a CPAP machine now, and don't use the mega-volume steroid fueled routines listed in "Super-Bodybuilder" magazine. So far, I am ecstatic with my progress, and I don't take it for granted. I had previously worked for 2 1/2 years (95-97) just to get to a 190lb bench press (I didn't do squats back then). Whatever is fueling my progress this time, I hope it keeps working!
