Yep. I have an official 900 but I've been over that in the gym. Best gym squat was 1025 and 1100 diverse double purples

Counting it down. Going to do some pulling. I havent pulled heavy in 6 months. I will likely add in some raw box squats as well. Im just ready to get back to it.

Well its another day above dirt and Im lifting tonight. Not sure if I will jump in with the group and squat or pull again (I dont want my weak self in the way). Im thinking of some high rep defecits to beat myself up pretty good. Really need the gym more then ever right now.

Well it feels great to be back. Had last minute stuff come up Monday. Tonight
Box squats up to 325 for 10

Then did upper body.
Did 225*10 off man pon then 275*5 and 290*6

First bench presses since June. It'll come back. Just gotta keep my ass in the gym.
